  1. What health and fitness clubs are included in the offer?

    There are a number of clubs throughout the UK included in this offer. Some brand names include LA Fitness and Dragons. Kinetika, Bodysense, Fitness Express and Innaction together with a number of independent clubs.

    The discount varies from club to club and ranges between 15% and 40%.

  3. What happens if I change my mind and want to cancel my membership

    Your membership will come into effect the day after you sign up to the service. You have the right to change your mind and cancel your membership within 7 working days (Cooling Off Period), provided you have not already started to use the club. If you decide to cancel, any money you have already paid during the Cooling Off Period will be refunded. If you decide to cancel your application, you must notify your health and fitness club in writing or by email and, if completed, you will need to notify your bank to cancel the direct debit. If you do not cancel your application during the Cooling Off Period you will be contractually bound to your health and fitness club for the duration of your membership as set out in your health and fitness club’s terms and conditions.

  5. Are there any offers on joint or family memberships?

  6. Who is the Health Force?

    Health Force Ltd is a specialist provider of discounted gym membership. Established as a brand in 2001 Health Force pioneered online sales of gym membership and is still the only company offering online sales across a range of gym operators.

  7. How long will my discount last

    Discounts are valid for twelve months from the date that you join the health club. The club will contact you prior to the renewal of your membership to advise of any change to your discount or monthly payments.

  8. Is my personal information safe?

    We employ the following measures to protect the security of your information:

    • We use firewalls to protect information held on our servers
    • We also encrypt the personal information we send and receive from you, by means of a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption

    Health Force Ltd is the data controllers of your personal information under the Data Protection Act 1998.

    We will use your personal information for the purposes of registration, service provision, record retention and investigation of any complaints. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

  10. Who collects my membership fee?

    When you sign up via the Health Force website, you will be required to complete you bank details and to pay an initial fee. The initial fee is 1 months or 2 months membership (depending on the club) plus any admin / joining fee where applicable. Your bank details will then be forwarded to the relevant club and you will be required to sign a Direct Debit Mandate when you attend the club for your induction. Where the club is LA Fitness, your bank details will automatically be forwarded to LA Fitness who will set up a Direct Debit.

  12. Why am I having trouble viewing the site?

    The website has been designed to work at a variety of screen resolutions. Generally a higher screen resolution (1024 by 768 and above) will provide a better experience. The system can be used comfortably on resolution as low as 600 by 800.

    The website is optimised for Internet Explorer 6.0 and above. However, users with Mozilla 2.0 and above, can also successfully use the site. The site can generally be viewed using other browsers - Opera, Safari, AOL, however, certain functionality, texts display, images etc may appear different, and certain local browser settings can also affect the way the site behaves. Those Mac users with Mozilla v2.0 and above can also access the site.

  14. What details will I need to sign up to one of the offers

    The Health Force site is a corporate website only available to employees of companies who are part of the scheme. When you buy a membership online you will be asked to identify which company you work for – this will be checked against a data base of accredited companies. If your company is part of the scheme but you are not able to complete the buying process please contact us on 08701 201999 or email us at info@health-force.co.uk you may also be asked to prove you work for the company you have indicated on your first visit to your chosen club. You will need your credit or debit card details when you buy as you will be required to pay the first 1 or 2 months membership, plus any admin / joining fee in advance and your bank details as these will be forwarded to the relevant club for them to set up a direct debit.
